For corporate and institutional clients, the brief is usually a premium atmosphere that leaves room for conversation: solo saxophone over backing tracks for networking hours, trio or full band for galas. W-9, certificate of insurance and invoicing for your AP team are available on request. For weddings, Filip covers the full day — ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and live sax over your DJ’s set — with instrumental versions of your songs prepared in advance. Sets run 45 minutes with 15-minute breaks, so a four-hour event gets four sets. Travel from Charlotte is quoted individually.

Questions
Do you work with our DJ?
Yes. I plug into the DJ’s mixer (one free XLR input, plus an aux input for backing tracks) and play live over their set. I ask whether a sound engineer will be on site.
How far do you travel?
Anywhere. Within 60 miles of Charlotte is included; beyond that, travel is quoted. I’ve played in 20+ states, including Alaska.
How do we book?
A short contract and a 50% deposit hold the date. The balance is due before the event day.
